Winter Creator House

Spend the winter living, creating, and connecting in a private luxury waterfront home in the Tampa Bay area.

The Gold Vault Winter Creator House is designed for creators looking for a beautiful, relaxed environment where they can focus on their platforms, create new content, collaborate with other creators, and enjoy a full season of optional experiences and activities.

Residence Structure

There is no fixed monthly rent.

Instead, Gold Vault receives a 35% Residence Fee based on Net Creator Revenue.

The residence fee covers the creator’s stay in the house along with the amenities, environment, support, and programming that come with the residency.

Throughout the winter, residents will have access to a curated calendar of optional experiences, including Tampa Bay outings, Orlando and Disney experiences, Miami Art Basel, professional shoots, wellness days, holiday dinners, and other seasonal activities.

Participation in activities, trips, shoots, and collaborations is always optional.

Your Current Agency or Management

The Winter Creator House is not an agency-management program.

Creators who currently work with an agency, management company, independent manager, or their own team are welcome to continue those relationships while living at the house.

Creators who are currently independent are welcome as well.

For anyone who does need additional management support, Gold Vault Agency offers agency services separately. These services are completely optional and are not part of the 35% Residence Fee.

Who Can Apply

The residency is designed for creators earning through platforms such as OnlyFans, Fanvue, Chaturbate, Clapper, paid livestreaming, PPV and content sales, and similar monetized creator platforms.

A $1,500 refundable residency deposit is required.

Residents are asked to provide 30 days’ written notice prior to departure.

The goal is to create an environment that feels more like a luxury winter residency than a traditional creator house — private, comfortable, collaborative, and focused on giving creators the space and opportunities to grow while still maintaining their independence.
